I do not recommend it to parents with small children. During registration, I asked whether the clinic accepts children who are one and a half years old and who do not cooperate well. I found out that, of course, the Doctor also has a great approach. Unfortunately, when we got there, it turned out that we couldn't do anything here and we wouldn't help - please go to Wrocław. The valuable advice was priced at a "promotional price"... Waste of time and money.

As far as I can say, from the treatment with Dr. Kamila, I am very satisfied, but the customer service at the Clinic leaves much to be desired. The ladies at the registration desk are not the most polite and willing to help, not to mention the lack of communication between the registration staff. After making a dozen or so phone calls, I managed to arrange an appointment.

I recommend this clinic 100%. From the very moment I enter, I am always greeted by Mrs. Sandra and Mrs. Monika, smiling girls, very helpful, despite the lack of appointments, I was accepted with pain. Every request is fulfilled. Doctor Ewa and the assistant are the best in the world. I am a regular patient and I will always be faithful 🥰😘 Warm regards You make me feel at home. Thank you.😘

I made an appointment to have the 4th tooth removed, the visit lasted 30 seconds and then the dentist said that I should make an appointment to have the tooth removed, she won't do it but please take a photo! ok, I was asked to go to the reception and I was charged PLN 200 for an inspection and a photo that was of no use! and informed about a possible date with another dentist and tooth extraction in the amount of PLN 450! I don't recommend it, it's very unfair, when I asked what the 200 was for, I was informed that an inspection was necessary to create a file for me - PLN 100 🤦🏻 and a photo - PLN 100, in general, we won't do anything, we won't help, but PLN 200 is due, plus if we need help, it's PLN 450! total 650 for removal. Edit, after posting my opinion on Google, I received a call from A2 with an apology, PLN 100 was transferred towards the removal at the surgeon's office, I finally paid PLN 300 + PLN 100, photo, removal of the upper four teeth, quite traumatic, 45 minutes of ordeal, my wife removed the lower eight teeth quickly and efficiently, she was satisfied with the services of A2
